CLA

CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is a family of about 28 isomers derived from meat and dairy products from ruminant animals (sheep, goat and beef).
This fatty acid is recommended as a supplement for people who do not incorporate these foods into their usual diet.
The main function of CLA is to reduce body fat and increase muscle mass.
CLA causes a blockage in the transport of fats to adipose cells. On the other hand increases energy expenditure, which destroys more fat.
